• During the campaign period, share your referral code with your friends. Your friend must enter the code during registration.
• The referred friend must complete their first payment by the end of the registration month with a minimum spending of RM99. Both you and your friend will qualify for the "Pick Your Reward" program once the friend’s first payment is completed. (Rewards will be credited on the 4th day at 12:00 AM after the payment is made.)
• Payment Calculation Rules:
  
  1. Only payments made within 48 hours of order placement are counted.
  2. Cashback, Letao system fees, installment fees, and service charges are not included in the calculation.
  3. The reward is based on the original item price (excluding discounts).
  4. Orders shipped within Japan are not eligible for this promotion.
• Choosing Your Reward:
  The reward must be selected by the end of the calendar month in which you registered and fulfilled the referral requirements; otherwise, it will be forfeited.
• Important Notes:
  
  1. Referrers with a history of abandoned orders will not be eligible to participate.
  2. Referred friends with a history of abandoned orders will not be eligible for the rewards.
  3. Multiple accounts under the same user are not allowed.
  4. Only accounts with complete profile details (address & IC number) can redeem rewards.
  5. Accounts must be verified with a mobile number to claim rewards.
  6. Once the reward is claimed, it cannot be changed.

Cashback Usage Terms:

• Cashback can be used for first-time payments on Letao, covering service fees and product costs.
• Cashback expires in 14 days from the date of issuance.
• If an order using cashback is canceled or refunded, the cashback will not be returned and will be deducted from the refund amount.
