Due to the flammable components in batteries and the risk of explosion, international air and maritime shipping regulations— including those by Japan Post — strictly limit battery transport. Only one battery may be shipped per item, and it must be installed in the device itself (installation may cause slight marks or scratches).

All parcels, whether new or returned, must be unsealed and inspected before import/export clearance to ensure compliance. If your order includes more than one spare battery, Letao overseas warehouse will remove and discard the additional batteries. Loose batteries cannot be shipped as standalone accessories, whether packed in battery chargers or handheld grips, nor relocated into machines under different shipping orders. Uninstalled batteries are classified as dangerous goods and are prohibited for shipment.

Important Reminder ：
When using Japan Post, each parcel is limited to a maximum of two battery-included items. If the number exceeds this limit, your order will be split into multiple parcels, resulting in additional handling, bundling, packaging, and international shipping fees.
