FAQ on Local Shipping Fees in Japan


When filling in the order form, you can select the delivery method specified by the seller and view the cost from the item's location to the Letao Japan receiving warehouse — Kanagawa (Kanto).

Generally, items will be shipped using the seller's specified method. If you have a preferred delivery method (tracking number required), please let us know via "Customer Message" and our staff will pass your request to the seller; if the seller agrees, we will process it according to your request.

Name: クロネコメール便 (Kuroneko Mail), Tokutei Kiroku (Specific Record), Kanikakitome (Simple Registered Mail), レターパック (Letter Pack)
Description: A tracking number is not always provided; no compensation for lost or damaged items.


2. Courier Delivery
Name: ゆうパック (Yu-Pack), Yamato Kuroneko Takkyubin, Sagawa, はこBOON (Hako BOON), Seino Transportation, Seibu Transportation, Fukuyama Transporting
Description: Recipient signature required and a tracking number is provided; eligible for compensation if lost or damaged.




※ Note: If the seller marks the listing as free shipping (送料無料), to avoid item loss you may request the seller use a delivery method with a tracking number, but additional charges will apply.
