Order status related issues


After placing an order, You can go to【 Japanese shopping mall purchasing agent】 → 「Order tracking」, View your order「current status」。


1. 「To be purchased」
2. 「 Processing」
3. 「 Already ordered」
4. 「The seller has shipped」
5. 「Received overseas」



1. After placing an order:The order status will be「 To be purchased」 show。
When the order is in pending order status,You can click the cancel button on the page, Cancel order。




2. When the purchasing agent handles︰ The order status will be「Processing」 show。




3. The purchasing agent has processed it︰The order status will be「 Already ordered」show。
express Letao Payment has been made for your order。
However, the seller may not update the website information immediately,Therefore, if the seller cannot ship the goods ( If out of stock),The seller will return the money to Letao ,Letao will「first payment」The amount will be refunded to you in full。
therefore,「Already ordered」There may still be situations where shipments cannot be made.,please forgive me。




4. When the seller sends the goods︰ The order status will be「 The seller has shipped」show。




5. Goods arrive Letao Japan receiving office︰ The order status will be「 Received overseas」 show。




Things to note︰
Processing / Already ordered」: Indicates that the purchasing agent has processed your order,Therefore, you cannot cancel or change the order on your own,please forgive me。
