Mercari Platform Trading Rules
1. Order cancellations and returns are not accepted for any reason. Please confirm the product description and reviews before purchasing.
2. Each order on the mercari website is shipped individually, so items from the same seller will form separate orders, with multiple handling fees and local Japan shipping fees that cannot be consolidated.
3. Because the mercari website has no negotiation system, price negotiation service is not available.
4. We cannot assist with sellers who restrict to "designated buyers", "bundled items", "purchase requires message approval, not direct buy", or "ship only the part you need after purchase".
5. We cannot force the seller to use your designated shipping/delivery method — this depends on what the seller offers.
6. We cannot ask the seller to ship earlier, request a price reduction after purchase, or cancel the transaction after purchase.
7. After the item arrives at the Japan receiving warehouse, you must rate the seller and release payment. Rating content cannot be modified, given as negative, or withheld.
8. After the item arrives at the Japan receiving warehouse, refusal of receipt is not allowed.

Mercari Proxy Purchase Notes
1. After the first payment is completed, the order will be placed within the time displayed by the system.
2. Items on the website may sell out at any time. Completing the first payment does not guarantee the purchase will succeed.
3. We cannot give negative ratings to sellers or withhold ratings at the member's arbitrary request.
4. If the seller ships using a method without a tracking number (e.g. 【普通定形外邮件】, 【メール便】, etc.), no compensation will be provided if lost. Please use the product Q&A to confirm whether shipping with a tracking number is available.
5. Local Japan shipping uses a tracked method. If the item has not arrived at the receiving warehouse within 21 days, a non-arrival claim will be processed.
6. This website is not covered by the Four Major Guarantees. Please consider carefully before purchasing.
