1. To provide better service, after a proxy-bid/proxy-purchase item arrives at the Japan receiving warehouse, if the member has not initiated "Notify Consolidated Shipment", we will notify and remind the member to proceed on the 21st day.
2. Members understand and agree that once we begin reminding members, those who have not initiated "Notify Consolidated Shipment" will be required to pay daily storage fees after the free storage period expires.
2. Storage days explanation
Members understand and agree that we do not provide long-term free storage of items. As a member service, no extra storage fees will be charged within the free-storage period at the Japan receiving warehouse.
Beyond this period, we will charge fees as appropriate. Storage fees are as follows:

3. Storage fee collection method
After the member's item arrives at the Japan receiving warehouse, if the free-storage period has expired and shipment has not been notified, storage fees will start accruing per Article 1.
The fee is advanced by us at 200 JPY per day and collected together with the member's second payment.
4. Member notice
Members understand and agree that if the free-storage period is exceeded by more than 60 days without logistics payment being made, it shall be deemed that the member has waived their right to retrieve the item. We may dispose of or otherwise handle the item, and the member shall not claim any related compensation.
