可能な限り軽量かつ最高品質の子供用マウンテンバイクを目指して特注製作されたものです。
カナダ製の軽量フレーム「Spawn Kotori 20インチ」をベースに、その他のパーツはヨーロッパやアメリカから輸入しました。
自転車本体および各パーツはほぼ新品同様の状態で、タイヤ、ブレーキ、ブレーキパッド、シフターは新品同様のコンディションです。
今すぐ乗って楽しめる状態です！
2020年、当時7歳だった息子のために組み立てましたが、10歳になるまではあまり乗らず、近所の街中や簡単な未舗装路をゆっくり走る程度でした。
常に自転車を大切にし、丁寧に扱っていました。
使用しない時は常に屋内に保管しており、彼が乗らなくなってからはずっと屋内に置かれたままです。
最高品質のパーツのみを使用し、とても軽量で乗りやすいプレミアムマウンテンバイクを作るべく、コンポーネントは慎重に選定しました。
目標は10kg未満のバイクを作ることでしたが、実際、重量は約9kgしかありません！！
現在、このバイクを一から組み立てると約30万円かかります。
ほとんどのパーツの価格が上昇しており、日本では入手困難なものも多いからです。
ごくわずかな傷や薄い汚れはありますが、私の見解では99％新品同然です。
すべてのパーツは新品同様の機能をしており、摩耗もほとんどありません。
その点は写真でできる限りお伝えしました。
シマノ・セイントの10速ディレイラーは、製作当時、世界的な部品不足のため新品が入手不可能だったため、このバイク製作中に中古で購入した唯一のパーツです。
しかし、セイントのディレイラーは新品同様の動作をし、見た目は非常に綺麗ですが、目立つ傷がいくつかあります。
このバイクはすぐに乗れる状態であり、正直なところ、私にとっては芸術作品です。
すべてのパーツは機能とスタイルの両方を考慮して選ばれました。このバイクを組み立てる際、費用は気にしませんでした。
ただ、息子と一緒に素晴らしいバイクを作りたかっただけです。

RST F1RST フロントショック（このショックを選んだ理由は、24インチバイク用であるにもかかわらず、20インチ用のどのショックよりも軽量だったこと、そして非常に滑らかでトラブルが少ないという評判があったからです。本当に素晴らしい製品で、子供もロックアウト機能を気に入っています。舗装路ではスピードを出せ、ダートではすぐにショックを有効に切り替えられるからです。ロックアウトレバーと併用可能ですが、子供が遊び半分で切り替えてしまわないように、私は別途購入しました =) もしお子さんがレースに参加したいなら、追加することをお勧めします）。

Micro Hero 15mm - 9mm アダプター（15mmの穴を持つフロントハブにスライドさせて装着する便利なアダプターです。RST F1RSTショックは9mmマウントなので、これを使えば取り付け可能です）。エンドキャップタイプよりもこのタイプのアダプターを好んでいます。なぜなら、これは頑丈なアルミビレット製で、穴を完全に埋めてくれるため、確かな安心感があるからです。

Micro Hero ブルー・スキューワー 2本。（シマノ純正のスキューワーに比べて軽量化でき、カラーコーディネートも楽しめる、本当に素晴らしい小さなスキューワーです）。

Shimano SM-RT81 140mmディスク 2枚（これもまた、ハイエンドで軽量です。20インチバイクに乗る子供にとって、140mmより大きいサイズにする必要はありません。マグラ製ブレーキと組み合わせることで、私のバイクに付いているブレーキよりもはるかに優れた性能を発揮します）

シュワルベ・リトルジョー 20インチ×1.4インチタイヤ 2本（このタイヤには2インチバージョンもありますが、子供の場合、太いタイヤの利点はあまりありません。子供は体が軽いので、1.4インチのタイヤでもバランスを保ち、濡れた土の上でも大人用の太いタイヤよりも安定して走ることができます。これにより、子供は抵抗が少なく、ダート、特に舗装路での走行が楽になります。

Stamp1 スモールサイズペダル（路面への接触を防ぐ薄型デザインでありながら、靴とペダルをしっかりと固定できる広いプラットフォームを備えています。子供がペダルに足をぶつけても痛くないよう、ピンは十分に引き出しましたが、それでも子供の靴をペダルにしっかりと固定できる十分なグリップ力は確保しています）。

スタート価格 150,000円（これが最終値下げ価格です。パーツを個別に売ればもっと高く売れますが、これは芸術作品のようなものなので、できればバラ売りしたくありません。ただし、必要であれば対応します）。このサイズのハードテイルマウンテンバイクで、これほど素晴らしいものは日本中探しても見つかりません！

This is a custom built childs mountain bike built to be the lightest, most high quality childs bike possible. Starting with a light weight Spawn Kotori 20" wheel Frame from Canada, other parts were inported from Europe and The USA. The bike and its components are in nearly new condition with good as new tires, brakes, brake pads and shifter. This bike is ready to ride with today! I built it for my son in 2020 when he was 7 years old, but he did not ride it often, and only gently around town and on some easy dirt trails in our neighborhood until he was 10 years old. He helped me to assemble it and always respected the bike taking good care of it. It was always kept indoors when it was not being ridden, and has been indoors since he stopped riding it. The parts were carefully chosen to make this a truly light weight easy to ride premium mountain bike using only the highest quality parts. It was my goal to make a bike that weighed less than 10KG, and in fact the bike weighs only about 9KG!! It would cost about 300,000 yen to build this bicycle new today as most of the parts have gone up in price and many are very difficult to find in Japan. There are some very minor scratches and very light stains, but it looks 99% new in my opinion. All parts function like new with very little wear which I did my best to detail in the photos. The Shimano Saint 10s derailleur was the only part purchased used during the building of the bike, because it was impossible to find new at the time of the build due to the worldwide part shortage at that time. However, the saint derailleur functions like new and looks very clean, with some noticeable scratches. The bike is ready to ride, and honestly to me it's a piece of art with every part chosen for a purpose and also style. Money was not important to me when I built this as I simply wanted to build an awesome bike with my son. I grew up on Motocross, and working on old european cars and wanted to share the experience with my son, making sure he took pride in the creation that he would ride on. The complete list of parts is as listed below with some information about each part. I will answer any and all questions as soon as possible. I will also be selling a few parts which are compatible with this bike separately including a larger wolf tooth chain ring, and extra bashguards if your interested, so please check my other auctions. RST F1RST Front Shocks (I chose this shock because Despite being intended for a 24" bike, it was lighter weight than all of the 20" shocks, and also because it has a reputation as being very smooth and problem free. It is really nice, and my child loves the lockout, allowing him to go faster on pavement but quickly change it to use the shock on dirt. It can be used with a lockout level, but I did purchase one as I wanted to make sure my child wasn't switching it just for fun =) If your child wants to race, I would recommend adding one).

SDG fly Jr Seat (Such a nice seat. He never once complained about comfort. It looks cool and is made specifically for a child).

Sixpack Racing Menace seat post (light weight, solid, easy to adjust and looks awesome)

Prevelo Heir 120mm crank (Great company out of europe that makes child specific components)

XTR Bottom bracket (Shimano's best)

Wolftooth 24t stainless chain wheel (this very rare and no longer made by Wolftooth)

Wolftooth 24/26t stainless bash ring (this is made specifically for the rare chain wheel)

ULTEGRA CN-6701 Durace 10s chain (Shimano's best)

Ultegra CS-6700 11-28t 10s Cassette (Another great Shimano Ultrega product, chosen because with 24 teeth on the front chain ring, he is able to go easily up hills with less teeth on the rear cassette, which means this cassette is much lighter than cassettes with more range).

Saint 10s derailleur (Shimano's best, highly sought and rising in price quickly)

Shimano Zee 10s Shifter (Essentially Saint quality but kid friendly)

Custom built Alienation Mischief rims with titanium spokes in a custom pattern. (with the help of some professional wheel builders I designs a custom hole pattern which uses less spokes than normal, to keep this very light while remaining very strong. Alienation Mischief are very light weight but very strong BMX rims, I bought them directly from the US.

Shimano XT FH-M8000 rear hub (the lightest high end Shimano hub available at the time)

Shimano XT HB-M8010 front hub (the lightest high end Shimano hub available at the time)

Micro Hero 15mm - 9mm adapter (this is nice little adapter that slides into the front hub with it's 15mm hole, and allows the RST F1RST Shock to mount, since it is a 9mm size mount). I prefer this type of adapter compared to the end cap types, because it is solid alluminum billet and fills the hole completely for a solid sense of security).

2x Micro hero blue skewers. (really nice little skewers that save weight compared to Shimano's stock skewers and allowed for some nice color matching).

2x Shimano SM-RT81 140mm discs (again, top end and light weight. For a child on a 20" bike there is no reason to go bigger than 140mm. Combined with the Magura brakes, these work way better than my own brakes)

2x Schwalbe Little Joe 20"x 1.4" tires (there is a 2" version of this tire, but children do not benefit from fat tires as they are light enough for a 1.4" tire to keep them balanced and riding on top of the wet dirt better than an adult on fat tires. This allows the child less resistance and easier riding on the dirt and especially on the pavement.

Cane Creek Viscoset 44/28.6 upper (This is a very unique component that effectively cancels micro wobble from small road bumps, making it very comfortable for the child to ride without making constant steering corrections, saving the childs energy and building confidence).

44/30 Lower from Cane Short Set (This saved a little bit of weight compared to the Viscoset lower, and still allows the Viscoset to function as intended).

Wolftooth 25mm space ( A little bit of wolftooth fashion to raise the headset).

Octane One Pro Stem (a very rare item from europe, it was my childs choice as he loved the color, personally I would have chosen a blue and white headset, but this one does look very good, and is of the highest quality)

Raceface Evolve flat handlebars (light weight, thin, and perfect size for a child)

Magura MT trail Brake levers and calipers (extremely smooth and powerful brakes, easy for child to pull even with one finger. I was genuinely jealous that my child had much nicer brakes than myself)

Stamp1 Small size pedals (thin profile to prevent striking the pavement, but also large platform for solid connection between shoes and pedals. I backed out the pins far enough that they are less painful if the child hits his legs on the pedals, but made sure they still offer plenty of grip to connect the childs shoes firmly to the pedals).

Wolftooth 24/26t stainless bash ring (this is made specifically for the rare chain wheel and is unique to most bashrings as it is connected directly to the chainring, meaning that it rotates with the chainring, which results in a smooth roll over anything that hits the bashring instead of a sudden stop. Useful for all riders, but especially nice for young riders)

Wolftooth 25mm black space ( A little bit of wolftooth fashion to raise the headset).

Wolftooth 20mm black head cap ( a unique head cap that acts as both a spacer and head cap in one seamless black piece. Combined with the 25mm spacer below the headset and black suspension, it gives a cool effect as if it is all a seamless extension of the suspensions steerer tube)

STARTING PRICE 150,000 (This is the final price reduction, as I can sell the pieces separately for much more, I really don't want to separate them as this is a work of art, but if necessary I will). You will not find a more amazing hardtail mountain bike in this size in Japan!
