<PARI PIF コントロールシステム> PARI LC スプリントネブライザーは、吸入速度が速すぎる場合、PARI PIF コントロールシステムが作動します。 吸気速度が速すぎる場合に吸気フラップを閉じ、ゆっくりとした吸気を促す(PIF コントロールする)ことで、お薬をより効果的に沈着させるとともに、お薬のロスも防ぎます。



●小さなフラップによる大きな効果 PARI PIF コントロールシステムは、吸入速度が速すぎる(30L/分以上)場合に、蓋裏側に装着された吸気トラップがわずかな隙間を残してネブライザーチャンバーを閉じる構造となっています。このシステムが吸気抵抗を増大させて、使用者に吸気速度が速すぎることを知らせます。 この抵抗を感じたら、意識してゆっくりと吸気します。薬剤の吸入に適したスピードで吸入を行うことができていれば、この抵抗は感じません。



●PARI PIF コントロールシステムの働き ゆっくりと呼吸することで咽頭などへの吸入薬剤の沈着を減少させて、吸入薬剤を末梢気道まで導きます。ネブライザーからのフィードバック(吸気抵抗の増大)が理想的な吸気速度(30L/分以下)に安定させ、効果的な投薬を可能にします。
