中古再生品の築地有次薄出刃包丁です、錆や汚れ等電動研磨していますので研磨跡あります。

築地の卸業者御用達の大出刃包丁です、峰厚の薄いタイプで大きさの割には取り回しが良く研ぎ直しやすいのでとにかく数をこなす方向けです。
元々は黒打ちのものですが研磨され鋼色になっております、平の部分は鍛造跡が残りワイルドにでこぼこしてます。
白紙3号なのでシャープな切れ味や極度な長切れはありませんが大きさや重さが必要なシチュエーションでは無類の戦闘力を発揮します、白紙1号や2号に比べ耐衝撃性が高いのも業務向きです。
冷凍鮭の切身や大型魚の切身、アンコウの処理等に良いかと思います。

柄の木部に腐食がありましたので削り取りレジンで埋めてあります、中子まで達するものではないので機能的には回復しております。
叩き用途も想定して刃付けはナチュラルハマグリ小刃付き、裏糸刃仕上げになっております。
裏漉はほぼ残存してますので裏押研ぎも十分いけます、ビジュアル的なものを気にしない方いかがでしょうか?
深い錆跡はディンプルとして残っていることありますし刃先の細かな刃こぼれ等ありますので美品をお望みの方はご遠慮下さい。
使用できるように研ぎは入れてますが好みの刃先の造りや角度は使う方次第なのでご自身でメンテナンス、調整可能な方のご購入をお願い致します。

Air freight: If the arrival notice exceeds seven days and the status of the goods is not confirmed, a customer complaint will occur and the seller will not be able to report it.
