自宅で育てた山査子(さんざし)

自宅で大切に育てた山査子(さんざし)を、選別してお届けします。
できる限り丁寧に扱っていますが、自然の実のため、多少の傷がある場合もございます。どうぞご了承ください。



おすすめレシピ:山査子と白きくらげのデザート煮

咳を鎮め、痰を取り、消化を助けるといわれる山査子。
氷砂糖と白きくらげを合わせて煮ることで、やさしい甘みととろみのある滋養デザートになります。
冷やして食べると、すっきりとした後味でおすすめです。



材料(2~3人分)
•山査子(さんざし)……200g
•氷砂糖……100g(お好みで調整)
•白きくらげ(乾燥)……5g(戻して使用)
•水……400ml
•レモン汁……小さじ1(お好みで)



作り方

1. 下ごしらえ
山査子をよく洗い、ヘタと種を取り除きます。
竹串などで底から押し出すと、果肉を傷つけずにきれいに取れます。

2. 一次煮込み
鍋に山査子、氷砂糖、水を入れ、強火で沸騰させます。
沸いたら弱火にし、15~20分ほどじっくり煮込みます。
焦げ付かないように時々混ぜながら、果肉がやわらかくなるまで煮ましょう。

3. ピューレ作りと二次煮込み
煮えた山査子を汁ごとミキサーにかけ、なめらかにします。
必要なら裏ごしして果肉の筋を取り除き、ピューレを鍋に戻します。
レモン汁を加え、弱火でとろみが出るまで煮詰めます。
スプーンですくって糸を引くようになればできあがりのサインです。

4. 成形と冷却
熱いうちに油を薄く塗った容器に流し入れ、表面を平らにします。
室温で約2時間冷ましたあと、冷蔵庫で2~5時間ほど冷やし固めます。
しっかり固まったら型から外して完成です。

冷やしてそのまま食べてもおいしいですが、
お湯や炭酸水で割ってドリンク風にするのもおすすめです。

1. International Shipping

Air freight: If the arrival notice exceeds seven days and the status of the goods is not confirmed, a customer complaint will occur and the seller will not be able to report it.
