■特徴
ズッキーニの中でも特においしいとされるイタリアの伝統的な固定種で、やわらかく甘みがありナッツのような風味が楽しめます。中晩生で長さ17〜18cmほどのやや短めの果実にはうっすらと凸凹畝が入り、生食も可能なほか、大きな花冠を活かして花ズッキーニとしても楽しめる品種です。

■用途
肉やトマトと一緒に調理すると美味しいです。花冠にチーズやひき肉を詰めてグリルで焼いたり、フリットなど色々楽しめます♪

播種期:4〜6月。寒さに弱いので、充分暖かくなってから播種する。
発芽適温:25〜30℃
播種法:大きめのポット播きか、温度が上がってから畑に直播き。
⚠️高加湿は種が腐りやすいのでご注意ください。
生育適温:18〜27℃

■栽培方法
本葉3〜4枚で株間80〜100cmを空けて定植、日当たりと風通しの良い場所で育てます。下葉を整理して通風を確保する。 乾燥に注意して水やりし、開花直後の朝に人工授粉をすると確実に着果します。開花後4〜6日、18cm程度の若採りがコツです。
☆ワンポイントアドバイス☆
畑の場合、とにかく畝を高く(20〜30cm以上)して、水はけを確保してください。梅雨時期は、うどんこ病に注意。真夏(猛暑)は、早めの収穫がコツ。

■採種方法
完熟果を追熟させてから種を取り出し、よく洗って1日以上乾燥させて保存してください。
※他のズッキーニ類(ペポ系)、そうめん南瓜との交雑にはご注意ください。

8. Refusal of items is not allowed after they arrive at our Japanese receiving point.

1. After the first payment is completed, the order will be processed within the system-displayed timeframe.
2. Items on the website may sell out at any time. Completing the first payment does not guarantee successful purchase of the item.
3. Once our Japanese receiving point confirms receipt of the item, our staff will immediately provide feedback to the seller and release the payment.
4. We cannot provide negative feedback or withhold feedback to sellers based on member requests.

Air freight: If the arrival notice exceeds seven days and the status of the goods is not confirmed, a customer complaint will occur and the seller will not be able to report it.

Alfred24’s liability for any shipment, including but not limited to loss or damage, is limited to actual direct losses and shall not exceed the upper limit of HK$500 per shipment; if it is sent to a Post Smart Mail station or post office The maximum compensation limit for each shipment is HKD 320.

The following are product types that are not eligible for compensation by Alfred 24:
