後輪固定式トレーナーでは後輪を持ち上げて空回りさせるため,必ずタイヤが床から離れ,前下がりの状態になります。
この姿勢のままトレーニングしようとすると,知らず知らずに上体を支えようとしてハンドルに無駄な力が加わってしまい,正しいライディングフォームを習得するにはよくありません。
乗車姿勢の基本はサドルにしっかりと荷重をかけたスタイルです。
マグライザーはこのとき前輪の下に敷き,自転車全体を水平に保つための樹脂製ブロックです。
マグライザーの上面には前輪が収まる溝が設けてあります。
そして700cロードと26インチMTBの両方に対応できるよう,この溝は二重構造になっています。
幅の広い浅い方の溝がMTB用で,中央の細くて深い溝がロード用です。
ほとんどのトレーナーにはこのマグライザー3が標準で付属していますが(一部例外あり),予備用や他社製トレーナー用として別売もしています。

Air freight: If the arrival notice exceeds seven days and the status of the goods is not confirmed, a customer complaint will occur and the seller will not be able to report it.
