“ブレのない味”を求めて、抽出を一から見直す。
これまで培ったハンドドリップの再現技術を大容量の抽出に応用するも、開発当初のコーヒーの味は満足のいくものではありませんでした。
『カフェ・バッハ』店主田口護氏監修のもと、使う豆の量に適した抽出方法を一から見直し、本製品では、豆の量が多い場合には、底面に厚みをだしたすり鉢状のろ過層が良いことに辿り着きました。
そこで、1~3杯用、4~6杯用とそれぞれ最適なろ過層が形成できる2つの専用ドリッパーを開発。
蒸らしに使うお湯の注ぎ方や間隔は、1~6杯それぞれに応じたプログラミングを施し、どの杯数設定でもレジェンドが認める安定したクオリティのコーヒーが楽しめるようになりました。
徹底した温度管理でおいしさを届ける。
豆本来の味を引き出す83℃、深煎りやアイスコーヒーにお勧めの90℃。
コーヒーの味は、この抽出温度に大きく左右されます。
この重要な湯温が外気温に左右されず、注がれるときに適温となるよう、サーモセンサーを搭載し温度を徹底管理。
また、抽出が始まる前にヒーターでサーバーを温め、出来上がったコーヒーは、抽出後30分間、淹れたての温度にキープされます。
ミルの改良で、大容量でも均一な粒度に。
粉の飛び散り軽減。
沢山の豆でも均一においしく挽けるよう4×5枚のミルの刃を搭載。
また、ドリッパーに加えていた、除電効果のある樹脂をミルのパーツにも採用することで、お声の多かった粉の飛び散りを軽減しました。

1. International Shipping

Air freight: If the arrival notice exceeds seven days and the status of the goods is not confirmed, a customer complaint will occur and the seller will not be able to report it.
