【商品内容】

セラミック製の包丁などの硬い金属にも対応、家庭用の一般料理包丁、ステンレス包丁、セラミック製の包丁やナイフから出刃包丁や刺身包丁などの業務用のプロ用包丁まで幅広くお使い頂けます。

また、砥石を使う前に水に浸して数分置いたり使用後は時間をかけて乾燥させる必要も無いのでとても楽ですよ♪

荒研ぎ面400

主に刃こぼれや欠けてしまった箇所を直すのに使用します。



中仕上げ面1000

切れにくくなってきた包丁などの切れ味を直すのに使用します。一般家庭では1000番台の砥石があれば問題無いと思います。

【使用方法】

①砥石面に水をかけながら使用してください。



②研ぎ方は普通砥石と同じように研ぎます。

ポイント

刃の反対側を砥石から2~3mm上げながら、刃を砥石に当て、押して研ぐのではなく引いて研ぐように意識すると上手くできると思います!



【使用上の注意】

1. 表示用途以外に使用しないでください。

2. 油は使用しないでください。目づまりの原因になります。

3. 目づまりした時は、ブラシまたは洗剤で洗ってください。

4.使用後はキッチンペーパーやティッシュなどで余分な水分を拭き取り、保管します。

Air freight: If the arrival notice exceeds seven days and the status of the goods is not confirmed, a customer complaint will occur and the seller will not be able to report it.
