・菊芋は天然イヌリンの宝庫

菊芋は水溶性食物繊維「イヌリン」を世界中にある食物の中で最も豊富に含んでいるもののひとつといわれています。イヌリンは果糖が約30個ほど繋がった多糖類の一種です。

・厳選・高濃度

契約農場で管理栽培されたドイツ産オーガニック菊芋を厳選使用し、高濃度イヌリンをプラス配合しています。

イヌリンの働き

・水溶性食物繊維

水溶性食物繊維であるイヌリンは、胃腸を通過する際に水分を吸収してゲル状に膨らみます。そして余剰な糖分・脂肪分を包み込み体外へ排出します。

・多糖類

ヒトはイヌリンに対する消化酵素を持たないので、消化器で分解されず、体内に吸収されることありませんが、大腸内の細菌叢によってはじめて代謝されます。

・プレバイオティクス

腸内環境を元気にすることで知られる水溶性食物繊維は、生活習慣のケアに欠かせない食材です。大腸まで届いたイヌリンはそこで腸内細菌の育成要素プレバイオティクスとなり、善玉菌やビフィズス菌がのエサとなります。

Air freight: If the arrival notice exceeds seven days and the status of the goods is not confirmed, a customer complaint will occur and the seller will not be able to report it.
