★肉厚な梅は梅干しに、実がしっかりとした梅は梅酒用にと言われますが、この白加賀梅は両方の良いとこ取りをした梅で梅酒も梅干しも最高の物が出来る、とても使い勝手の良い梅です

♬梅酒、シロップ、甘露煮、梅エキス、ジャムなど多彩なレパートリーが楽しめます。

❤️梅ジュースなどの場合、青梅を使用しても良いですが黄色く追熟した梅を使用すると、とってもフルーティー♬な仕上がりになります

‼️栽培期間中農薬不使用のため虫刺しや斑点が有るものも有ります

★梅はどの品種も陽射しに長くあたるとアントシアニンの影響で陽射しのあたる部分が赤くなりますが、梅干しやカリカリ梅、梅の酵素ジュースなどの加工には問題有りません

‼️梱包した箱の中で梅が追熟により熱を持つ場合も御座います

1. International Shipping

Air freight: If the arrival notice exceeds seven days and the status of the goods is not confirmed, a customer complaint will occur and the seller will not be able to report it.
