ブルカット代用品 ローラ台・サイクルトレーナー用防振・防音ブロック(パッド)改良版6個

室内での自転車トレーニング機器(ローラー台、サイクルトレーナーなど)を使用する際に気になる振動や音を防ぐためのブロックを自作しました。(幅)60mm x (奥行)60mm x (高さ)38mm で、器具の脚を設置するのにちょうどよい大きさになっています。

NRウレタンゴムだけでも十分な効果がありましたが、今回、上部に振動吸収ゴムを追加し、さらに静かになりました。複数の素材を合わせることで静穏化を実現しています。試行錯誤の結果、この組み合わせに至りました。

振動吸収ゴムで大きな波長の振動を吸収し、スポンジゴムに均等に荷重しつつ小さな振動や音(低周波音など)を吸収します。効果は集合住宅でのサイクルトレーナーを使用して確認済みです。
また、サイクルトレーナーで使用する場合は、ある程度横揺れを許容してくれるのでフレームの負荷も緩和してくれます。また、これによってある実走感も得られます。

効果が気になられる方もおられると思いますので、自分の環境での測定結果を表示しておきます(画像4参照)。

・タイヤ:Zaffiro Pro ホームトレーナータイヤ

結果
設置前平均 72.75db (騒々しいオフィス、掃除機)
ブロック設置後平均 57.25db (オフィス、通常の室内の会話)

元々、CYCLOTRON FLUID STとホームトレーナータイヤの組み合わせは静かな方だと思いますが、それでもフローリングに直接設置すると「ボー」という低周波音が床から反射して聞こえてしまいます。これ対して、数値上でも明らかですが、ブロック設置後は明らかに低周波音がなくなり、ほとんどトレーナーとクランクが回転するだけの音になります。振動については数値測定はできていませんが、明らかにシャットダウンされています。

これまでに落札者の方から「夜中のZwiftを許可してもらった」、「ダイレクトドライブでも効果を確認した」など、コメントをいただいており、この効果はどなたにも実感いただけると思います。

Air freight: If the arrival notice exceeds seven days and the status of the goods is not confirmed, a customer complaint will occur and the seller will not be able to report it.
