◯当農園の里芋は、親芋も美味しくお召し上がりいただける品種です!

◯里芋の親芋
☆親芋は、頭芋(かしらいも)とも呼ばれ、親芋から子芋、孫芋…と里芋がくっついて育ちます。

☆子芋よりねっとり感は少ないですが、ホクホクしています!
☆お芋がしっかりしていますので、煮崩れしにくいです。
☆断面は黄色いスジが見えるものもあって正常です。
☆何より、大きくて皮を剥きやすく、下処理が楽ちんです!
☆ぬるぬるも少ないので滑りにくく、包丁も安全に使えます。

ただ、親芋は、子芋より、切り口(子芋がくっついていた跡)が多く傷みやすいです。
なるべく早く冷凍がオススメです。→皮を剥き、食べやすく切って冷凍し、ご使用の際は凍ったままお鍋に入れてください。

☆冷凍したものは、早く柔らかく煮えるので、とてもオススメです!

数日で切り口が赤くなりますのは、酸化によるもので、成分はポリフェノールらしいです。

◯京都の自然豊かな森の中の畑で、きれいな空気、山からおりてきた湧き水をたくさん吸収し、のびのび育った里芋です。

☆農薬不使用、無化学肥料栽培をしております。
除草剤は栽培期間中も期間外もずーっと不使用です。また、殺菌剤も使用せず、毎年きちんと輪作をしております。

そのため、作物がのびのび育つ生長しやすい環境を用意でき、土壌のバランスも良い状態で保っております。そんな栽培方法の効果か詳しくはわかりませんが、当農園の里芋は、調理で洗う際、

Air freight: If the arrival notice exceeds seven days and the status of the goods is not confirmed, a customer complaint will occur and the seller will not be able to report it.
