横綱プーリー ジョグ アプリオ 細ボス

横綱部品のジョグ系用ハイスピードプーリーです。
内径18mmの細ボス用です。

中古で購入しストックしていましたが結局純正に落ち着いたため出品します。

比較的安価でありながら高い性能を誇るプーリーとして支持されてきた横綱プーリーですが、今では希少になってきました。

フェイス面は耐水ペーパーで軽く研磨してあります。
ほどよくステッチが入りベルトの食いつきによる初速の鋭さも向上しているかと思います!

表面は段付き等なく腐食もよく見ると2,3箇所小さくある程度でほとんど見受けられず、磨き傷が残っている程度です。

裏面はウエイトローラーガイドに横綱プーリーの持病とも言われる傷があります。

純正ではあまりできないのですが、社外のハイスピードプーリーでは高速側でよりプーリーを押し出すためのローラーガイドの角度のせいかローラーガイドの外側に傷ができることがあります。
素材が柔らかいとできやすいのですが、横綱プーリーは特に柔らかいアルミで作られているようでこの傷ができやすく…横綱プーリーの持病とも言えますね。
一応傷の周りを軽く磨いているのでバリ等はありません。
通常使用ではそこまで大きな影響はないと思いますが、若干ひっかかりを感じたり、ウエイトローラーの減りが早いかもしれません。
この状態で使用している人も普通にいるので、細かいことを気にしない方なら大きな問題はないかもしれませんね。

他の作業もあり面倒くさかったのでそこまで丁寧には研磨できていません。2000番までそれなりに磨いた程度です。ご希望でしたら格安でもう少し磨きます。
売れなければ時間が出来次第当方での実走テストする予定です(笑)

Air freight: If the arrival notice exceeds seven days and the status of the goods is not confirmed, a customer complaint will occur and the seller will not be able to report it.
