コールマン スチールベルトクーラー カムラッチ カスタムパーツ シルバー

大変ご好評いただいておりますコールマン スチールベルトのカムラッチ受け口をカスタムするパーツです。中身の詰め過ぎや、保冷力アップの為隙間テープなどを使用した際にスチベルの蓋が開くのを防ぐことが出来ます。
 最近他の方から購入したものに、満足出来ずにこちらを購入し直されたり、以前こちらを購入して頂き2台めのスチベルにも追加で購入して頂くことが増えてきました。当方の製品には必ずご満足していただける自信が有ります❗️
 以前はアルミ&ラバープレートで製作していましたが、金属とゴムの接着面の剥がれる心配が払拭できない為、3Dプリンタを使いPLAという種類のフィラメントで成形しております(硬質プラスチックの様なもの)。フィラメント自体に色が着いており後から塗装した訳では有りませんので色落ちの心配がありません。
 また、詰め込み過ぎてもカムラッチが割れることはありませんが、詰め込み過ぎると蓋と本体をつなぐ蝶番やカムラッチを抑えている金属プレートが破損する恐れがありますのでご注意ください。
 取り付けの際に加工は必要ありません。取り付け方法はネジ3本を外し、受け口を取り替えるだけになります。
モデルによっては硬くて途中までしか閉まらない場合も有り得ますが、写真6の様に手を添える事で最後まで閉まります。硬さが気になる場合は干渉している所をヤスリなどで削ることで調整できます。
 
 目立たない部分ではありますが、クーラーボックスを開けるたびに目に入る部分であり、満足度の高い逸品です。皆様から大変ご好評をいただいており、私の評価にてご覧になれますので、購入を悩まれている方はご参考ください。

1. International Shipping

Air freight: If the arrival notice exceeds seven days and the status of the goods is not confirmed, a customer complaint will occur and the seller will not be able to report it.

Alfred24’s liability for any shipment, including but not limited to loss or damage, is limited to actual direct losses and shall not exceed the upper limit of HK$500 per shipment; if it is sent to a Post Smart Mail station or post office The maximum compensation limit for each shipment is HKD 320.

The following are product types that are not eligible for compensation by Alfred 24:
