⭕️ボールが死ぬ原理⭕️

①ボールにはスポンジの様にブツブツとした見えない穴が無数にあります。その穴にオイルが入り込み摩擦係数が下がります。
②更にゲーム数を重ねるとボール表面の無数の穴が潰れます。

この2つが重なり摩擦が極端に低下してボールが曲がらなくなります。

⭕️過疎剤によるボール復活説明AIより⭕️

◆ボウリングボールの「可塑剤」注入によるボール復活について

(可塑剤によるボール復活仕組みと目的)

目的: 投げ込んでオイルが飽和し、表面が硬化した(可塑剤が抜けた)ボウリングボールに、直接可塑剤を補充して性能を復活させるメンテナンス手法です。

効果: ボール表面に粘り(グリップ力)が戻り、曲がりやキレ、ピンアクションが向上するとされています。

対象: オイル抜きを何度も行い、表面がカサカサになったボールに効果的です。

(可塑剤の施工方法)

オイル抜き: 事前にオイル抜きを行い、ボールが温かいうちに塗布すると、より一層の効果が期待できます。

表面処理: アブラロンなどで表面加工をした後に塗布します。

塗布: ボール1個につき4ccをまんべんなく塗布します。

浸透: 塗布後、ボールに成分を浸透させます。

【作業方法】

①高温処理で見えない穴に入り込んだオイルを強制除去します。
(60度のお湯と熱湯を使用)
②オイルが抜けたボールの表面をアブラロン等で削ります。ボールの潰れた部分を新品と同じ様にします。
③失われた可塑剤を見えない無数の穴に入れます。これは表面に塗るだけで勝手に吸い込まれます。(4cc)

通常作業時間約90分。ボールは新品の様に完全に復活します。オイルを吸い過ぎたボールはオイル抜きが数回必要です。


⭕️私のマニュアルには秘密のオイル抜き方法が書かれております。一般的に知られているオイル抜きではボールの奥のオイルは絶対に抜けません!!
